Purolator parcel drop-off and Amazon returns in St. Clair West, Toronto
We are an official Purolator Smarthub at 1203 St. Clair Avenue West, in Corso Italia. Drop your parcel at the pharmacy counter any time we are open. There is no charge, and if you only have a return QR code on your phone, we will print the label for you.

What to bring
Almost everyone arrives with one of two things:
- Just a QR code on your phone, from Amazon or another retailer. That is all you need. We scan it, print the label at the counter, and put your item in a bag for you.
- An already-labelled parcel, sealed and ready. Hand it over and you are done.
You do not need to bring your own box or packing tape for a QR-code return, and you do not need a printer at home. That is the part most drop-off points cannot do for you.
How it works at the counter
- Bring your QR code on your phone, or your already-labelled parcel.
- We scan the code at the pharmacy counter.
- We print the label, bag it and seal it. No box, tape or printer needed at home.
- Track it with the code you already have. The number on your QR is the same one on the Purolator label, so you follow it from your own return confirmation.
Hours and the 5pm cutoff
You can drop a parcel off any time the pharmacy is open. The one thing worth knowing: Purolator's last pickup is 5:00 pm. Anything left after that goes out on the next business day, so if your return is on a deadline, aim to arrive before five.

What we can handle
- Label-free / QR code returns, including Amazon returns. These travel with Purolator, and the code on your QR is the tracking number, so you can follow it from your own return confirmation.
- Package-free returns, where the item does not need boxing
- Prepaid outbound shipping, if your label is already paid
- Hold for pick-up, if you are having a parcel sent here to collect
Size and weight limits are set by Purolator: up to 50 lb per piece, and up to 36" x 32" x 32". The counter has street-level and wheelchair access.
What we cannot take
Worth checking before you make the trip:
- Purolator only. We are a Purolator drop-off point, so we cannot accept Canada Post, UPS or FedEx parcels. Amazon returns are fine, because they travel with Purolator.
- Nothing unlabelled that has no QR code. We do not sell postage, so we can only print a label your retailer or Purolator account has already paid for.
- Over 50 lb, or bigger than 36" x 32" x 32". Those are Purolator's limits for this location, not ours.
- No dangerous goods, which Purolator does not carry through a retail counter.

Common questions
Is parcel drop-off free?
Yes. There is no fee and no purchase needed. Bring the parcel in during store hours and we will take it.
I only have a QR code. Do I need to print a label first?
No, and this is the part most drop-off points cannot do. Show us the QR code on your phone, we scan it, print the label at the counter and bag the item for you. You do not need a printer, a box or tape at home.
What time is the last Purolator pickup?
5:00 pm, for every service. We are open until 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and until 2:00 pm on Saturday, so you can still drop off after five, it simply goes out on the next business day.
Do you take Amazon returns?
Yes. Amazon returns run as label-free QR returns and travel with Purolator. The code on your QR is the tracking number, so you can follow the parcel from your own Amazon return confirmation.
How big or heavy a parcel can you take?

Can I buy a shipping label or postage here?
No. We handle prepaid outbound parcels and QR-code returns only, so the label has to be paid for already, either by the retailer you are returning to or through your own Purolator account.

Yes. This location offers hold for pick-up, so a Purolator parcel can be sent here and collected during store hours. Bring photo ID matching the name on the parcel.
Finding us
Our Purolator depot is inside the pharmacy at 1203 St. Clair Avenue West, at Dufferin, on the 512 St. Clair streetcar line. That puts the drop-off point a short walk from most of Corso Italia and Earlscourt. There is street parking outside and a Green P nearby.
